How to rescan the Quarantine folders in SEPM when new def is updated

Hi Everyone

We are using SEPM 12.1 version. After scannig some files are moved to quarantine folder.

But after new virus def is updated, we want to scan the quarantine folder and astract the data, because there may be so important date in quarantine folder.

Can anyone please help me regarding this , how to rescan the quarantine as and when new virus def is updated.
