I need a solution
Is there any way to include the group or queue that a ticket is assigned to when the OnTicketAssigned ruleset is triggered? Similar to the OnOwnershipChanged ruleset, where the process history entry is created that shows who changed the ownership, and to whom the ownership was changed to.
I know I can accomplish this in a workflow, but I hate sending tickets to a workflow on every ruleset action.
Just curious to see if anyone's done this without resorting to a workflow.
