Maintenance Windows are not showing up on client after upgrade to 7.5

I recently upgraded our SMP environment to version 7.5.  The maintenance windows are still configured in the notification server console, but on the client there are no maintenance windows listed.  I'm wondering if I forgot an update plug-in or if there is something else that needs to be configured for the upgrade to allow the maintenance windows to pass through again.
