In an effort to encourage our frontline techs to use filters and policies wherever possible, we have limited the number of Quick Deliveries available to them to just those things they really need to be able to run immediately. These are all meant to be run Now. Unfortunately, the Schedule options just prove too tempting for some of them and inevitably somebody eventually schedules something with an aggressive repeat and we have a runaway task on our hands.
I know it's probably not a simple change, but would there be a way to limit the Quick Delivery options based on the console user's Role, so that we could allow Quick Deliveries but not permit changing the default schedule of Now?
