SLA Warn Email not sending

Hi All,

I am trying to set up the email notification for SLA warnings. I have set the process automation settings and added SLA targets etc. however when the targets are hit, no email is sent. Shoudl i be looking to set something on in a workflow? if so which workflow will it be?

I am running 7.5.
