Hi.
I need show in the dashboard, the queues that I belong to, and tickets without owner.
Actually the technician take the ownership of the ticket removing from the queue, thats works, but when I want to create report with incident by group (queue) this is empty because all tickets was removed.
I try two way
1.- Create a report with tickets that some time was in the queue, but the option of the reports not let me do it
2.- Don´t remove ticket from the queue when the owner is set, and create a dashboard report that show the queues that I belong to, and tickets without owner, but reports not have (i not found) the optión "without owner".
Does anyone have any suggestions? or Can someone suggest what the best way would be to accomplish this in 7.5?
