Need to generate a report for security Updates which was installed by Altiris

Hi All

Does anyone help to get all software updates which was installed by altiris

like Adobe security updates
office 2010

if any one have sql query which can gives a report accroding to vendor updates patch installed by altiris till to date

please share me how to perform
