Add the tokens from DS 6.9 into NS 7.5 and 7.6

I have a customer that would like to create an email (http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/emailing-deployment-server-task-f...) that runs when a job fails while using NS 7.5. We found that the few tokens provided for job and tasks inside the Notification Server do not include the ones required to create this email. We think that it would be a good idea to add the tokens required to make this email work inside of Notification Server 7.5 and 7.6. These are the tokens missing: %CALLINGJOBNAME%,%COMPNAME%,%DATE% and %TIME%. A full list of tokens from DS 6.9 are found in HOWTO1691.
