I need a solution
Hi
I have a number of Incident tickets that have been created via the email processing, but which are stuck with no status and 0% completed status and no work ticket capabilty. It looks like the email processing did it's thing but the ticket never got picked up by the incident management process....
I can obviously recereate these tickets and delete the duff ones, but is there a way of getting these into the incident management process and making them workable?
