No schedule available publishing MSD's to the Software Portal

I need a solution

I am starting to utilize the Software Portal instead of the SMA to have software available to our end users. I noticed that if I publish a Software Release everything looks fine. In the Request Confirmation window there is 'Date Required' with today's date and time (offset by two minutes). If I publish a Managed Software Delivery I do not have the 'Date Required' information; it is replaced by a black dot (See Attached File).

I am an admin on the SMP (not sure it is applicable), I am setup in the Software Availability section under Software Publishing for the policy I want to publish. The publishing is also set for approval and recommended. Is there a setting I may not be aware of that is causing policies to look this way on the software portal?
