When in PXE environment, cannot receive imaging tasks

So here's the story....

Randomly, when someone boots to the PXE environment (PE 4.0; 7.5) and selects an task to image with, the task will not run...

I've tried seeing if it is a timing kind of issue, where someone might be selecting the image too fast, but I don't believe the is the case because when I've tested I tried selecting the image fast and there were no issues.  In addition, this happens on both managed and unmanaged machines...

Any ideas?
