I have a lots machine altiris has been broken

I have NS 7.5.1 for my client, I have about 2,700 machines in our environment, since we apply hot fix 4 then altiris agent has been broken, I can not send any package out to those broken machine, the broken machine still have request chanaged for current date, but it won't accept any patch

need help on this
