Symantec endpoint protection 12.1 disables Hp 1102 printers in win 7 and xp

Dear , 

Hi

I am using Symantec endpoint protection ver 12.1  , only a few things such as (CD/DVD Drives,Disk Drives, Tape Drives,Smart Card Readers,Floppy, Bluethooth Devices,Infrared Devices) are added in block list of device control policy, I added the Device ID of each HP 1102 printer along with usb composite device and usb printing support in exclude list of Device control policy, but again the printers are going to be disabled once a day .

kinldy any proper and permenent support will be appriciated.
