Endpoint policy Exception using regular expression and data identifer.

I created an Excelption using a Regular Expression and  a Data identifier "us social security number (ssn)

to eliminate an "Endpoint PHI on network" false positive in a document.

Tested ok but when making it live the server would not recycle.  Deleted the exception it started working again.

DLP was thinking the number 135185439 was an ssn but it was not.

Any ideas why the combination of regex and data identifier would do that?

and what would be the best solution for the cpu usage. (i attached 2 doc's)
