The simple classification/edit incident workflow includes, by default, the ability to re-assign incidents.
However if you do this it does not run the on assignment ruleset. The only ruleset the gets called is on the on edit ruleset.

The Rules engine does not have sufficient funtionality to capture a reassignment (i.e. if the assignment changes and is...) so the OnEdit ruleset is of no use here. The on assignment ruleset can provide this...
I have tried inserting the run rules (onassignment) component into the workflow but it does not like it as it says the project is not bound to the relevant service... I know this is to do with subtel differences in the two projects, but cannot see if and how I can get this to work.
As a temporary solution I have hidden the re-assignment option as we cannot have people re-assigning incidents and the correct rules not running...
Any thoughts anyone?
