I need a solution
Hi
I have followed the instructions in the articles about adding additional data fields to the Incident Management Database and imported the plug-in into the portal.
This has now removed the Incident Management section from the Available Services in the Process Automation page so I cannot create any rules and none of the rules that were there run.
Any thoughts anyone?
I can't see I've done anything wrong with the generator - though the only thing is there was another set of additional fields already installed...
