No networking in Ghost Boot disk

I need a solution

I am running an older version of Ghost Solution Suite and getting 19945 timeouts, so I downloaded the latest version 2.5 as a trial.

I am running ghost server on server 2003 with WinPE2.0.  I am trying to create astandard boot disk, running winPE. for my Dell Latitude E3340, with an Intel(R) Ethernet connection 1218-LM NIC.

I added 32 bit and 64 but Vista drivers from Intel website

When I boot the laptop with this disk the networking is not initialized (ipconfig shows nothing), so I can't connect to my Ghost cast server.

My networking is working fine, I can boot using my DOS V8.0 disk, with no problems getting an IP via DHCP, and no problems connecting to the Ghost cast server.

How do I get networking initialized during or after WinPE boots? I have spent 3 weeks struggling this and now it is affecting my work :(

Please help!

Thank you in advance,
