I need a solution
I have created an email monitoring project, and it works perfect when I debug it, but when I publish it, it never starts.
The things I know to check, that I have:
Auto Start - Checked
Authentication - Anonymous
Security on the folder - Anonymous added
Recycle time is set to 1 minute right now.
I'm at a loss, I have another project to compare it against that works, and I can't find the difference.
