ITA process Cube failed by SEPM Chinese Language version

i have installed ITA Service to process the cube (SEPM) , 

But process the cube have error message("High-level relational engine errors. Using Managed IDataReader interface, the following exception occurred: XML parsing: line 1, character 95, illegal XML characters.") 

and i try to re-installed the English Version re-process it will be success , so..it is language issue ?
