Altiris ASDK via Web Services

Hi,

I am currently in the process of integrating ServiceNow with Altiris and I have some questions...

1. Does the ASDK support non NTLM authentication (like basic authentication), and how would one set this up ?

2. Given the GUID of a resource like a computer, is there a straightforward way to update the resource status (in-stock, in-use,retired)?
