How to patch the only Altiris NS server (SMP)? By Altiris or by manual WSUS?

Please help. My only Altiris NS (SMP) server been patching the rest of company Windows servers, and itself been manuall patched routinely. I am wondering there'd a a way to patch Altiris NS using Patch Management Solution 7.1 ?
