We recently finished installing SMP 7.5. My x86 images work great with no issues. When trying to capture an image or make a backup image in Windows 7 x64 I'm unable to do so. I'm booting to automation folders, have the mass storage and network drivers for that device downloaded and built into the preboot congfiguration. My prepare for image task has the correct OS, license, and credentials. My automation folders are x64, imaging tool is Ghost and image type depends on image or backup.
With the backup image it boots to automation, loads the X drive, says everything started, but just hangs there. The image jobs will show the prepare for image task running and sysprep is running in Task Manager, but it never completes. Any help will be appreciated!
