I need a solution
We are keeping on receiving folliwing email alerrt;
The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager database has gone down and needs immediate attention.
I checked the log for error message and the problem encountered due to disk full so that I cleaned the disk and now the disk is more than 30 GB free. But still I cannot able to log on Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager. When I try to logon the following error message is prompted;
"unable to connect database"
then I restarted the server and try to log on, now the it shows;
"Failed to connect to the server"
Can anyone please assist me on this matter. Thanks in advance.
