before i was running on synatec endpoint protection small bus 12.1.3 and an update came came i updated it to 12.1.4MP1a after restart my windows hang up on the start up screen, the black one with the windows loading, after i try to login in safemode i found this error in the log manager:

I read something like: WIN32_EXIT_CODE is zero, then SCM did not attempt to start the service because the error was detected first.
i try to run also sfc /scannow it finish the scan but i didnt try to restart until i get any reply, and also it was mention try to run one of the services that is not microsoft from the SERVICES, so i try to run (Google Update Service (gupdatem) ) when i right click the service and click run, it give me this msg - ( Error 1053: The service did not respond to the strat or control request in timely fashion).
Can any one please help me to find a selution please.
