Slow Ghost Imaeg Deployment on ML350p

Deployment Server 6.9 SP6 with WinPE 4.0

I'm deploying a ghost image to a HP ML350p Gen8 with a basic P420i Smart Controller and 1GB NIC.

The problem is that its taking a long time (~30 mins) and I'm getting around 300 Mb/min speeds.

Other imaging from the same DS, same WinPE and same network are considerably faster (2400 Mb/min).

I have tried straight SMB based file copies (copy, robocopy etc) from the DS to the ML350 (in WinPE) and get much faster speeds so it looks like its Ghost thats running slow.

It gets there in the end but I'd like it to be faster.  Has anyone seen this kind of behaviour?  Is there a way to speed it up?
