Does anyone know if there is an updated version for adding my VMWare hosts into SMP 7.5 HF5? http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO54427
Those steps might be a little dated, but overall the problem I am having is after I run a discovery no hosts ever show up under my Home > Virtual Machine Management. I have tried both the getting started network wizard as well as adding a host under the actions button. Each method is a different type of discovery task but in the end they run successfully and no host ever shows up. I have tried pointing to individual hosts with root credentials I have created a VMWare profile with vmware credentials, ICMP and SSH turned on. Am I missing a protocol or doing something wrong?
