In Service Desk I notice on the adv incident feeder form that the user search always requires the 'Search Contacts popup' to find the user and attach to the ticket.
It would be really useful if on the feeder form, a carriage return in the 'Select User' field would execute the user search(except where no value has been entered). Also if the search could reference either the userid, email, or name.
Similar to how the 'Search Users' field works on the 'Manage Users' page.
This is an important enhancement as it allows quicker user finding and this is crucial for any high volume helpdesk/call centre.
An extra click/second does make a difference.
Also, if this enhancement could apply to all 'User Selection' fields, wherever they may sit.
