In current release Incident management tasks are only in languages which are supported by Symantec, but as we are trying to use the product in non supported language it is causing issues with those predefined actions and processes where we cannot change the text. For users which does not understand english well it really hard to teach them to go and click " Review and close the incident..." as they do not understand what it stands for. Because of that we are forced to close all cases without users feedback. At the same time there seems to be a bug related to immediate closure of the ticket.
