Hello,
I have pcanywhere version 11, I know it's old. But the company I work for doesn't want to upgrade...yet.
Here are my details
Host computer is Windows 2000 office, pcanywhere version 11, hosting via tcp/ip. I dont know the specifics for graphics or memory off hand.
Remote computer is windows 7, pcanywhere ver 11, cpu intel duo cpu 2.10 ghz
I have a problem where I log onto the host computer via my remote computer at my office, my pcanywhere on the remote office computer shows a checkered screen (for the host).
I went to the host computer and the graphics were messed up, the sidebar that shows the windows 2000 on the start menu was garbled. I tried adjusting display settings and refresh rate. Didn't do anything untill I restarted. The restart fixed it and I was able to log in remotely. However a few days later we have the same problem.
I did not find much help on the legacy system on graphic exchange for the computers in the knowledge base.
Thank you in advanced for any help.
