The documentation is pretty good for 7.5 and SP1. What would be nice is to see additional information specifically around which permisisons need to be changed to access specific items when appropriate. For example, If you look up the "Add Filter Criteria dialog box" you get a lot of information about the what the box does and how to use it but it should also state which permissions you need to be able to access this box. This can go for all of the other pages and sub-pages as well. This way it makes it easier on admins to be able to figure out which permissions specifically to assign since we don't all have cookiecutter IT shops.
